Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chopped mango
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • 2 cups low-FODMAP milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in your blender and use KitchenAid's K400 smoothie preset.
  • Top with fresh lavender or edible flowers
  • Serve & enjoy!
