Ingredients
- 4 to 5 slices of bacon or pancetta
- Pecorino or Parmesan cheese (I added a lot, cuz I’m a cheese lover!)
- 2 large eggs
- Any kind of long pasta you wish to use (I used Fetuccini)
- 1 tsp of garlic
- butter
- 1/4 of spanish/yellow onion
- Salt & pepper
Directions
It’s very easy!
- Cook your pasta (boil water with salt) and cook it al dente
- Mix the garlic, butter, onions and bacon until you see them crispy and golden
- Mix the eggs with the cheese on a small bowl, add pepper
- Add the cooked pasta in a big pan with the bacon and onions
- Pour the eggs and cheese, using a long fork lift up the fetuccini so it mixes quickly, you’ll see the pasta will thicken but doesn’t scramble.
