fresh squeezed orange juice (or 1 orange)

coconut cream

low-FODMAP milk
ice cubes

tbsp
low-FODMAP sugar (what you tolerate, in my case - cane sugar)
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in your blender and use the smoothie preset of the K400 KitchenAid's blender.
Garnish with orange peel or edible flowers
Serve & enjoy!
