Low-FODMAP Pineapple Mango Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chopped mango
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • 2 cups low-FODMAP milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

Method
 

  1. Place all the ingredients in your blender and use KitchenAid's K400 smoothie preset.
  2. Top with fresh lavender or edible flowers
  3. Serve & enjoy!
