Mini Pancake Cereal!

Ingredients
  

DRY INGREDIENTS

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

WET INGREDIENTS

  • 1 stick unsalted melter butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 1/2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 egg white (if needed)

Instructions
 

  • Add all the dry ingredients and whisk until they’re combined
  • Add all the dry ingredients and whisk until they’re combined
  • Add the buttermilk mixture to the dry ingredients
  • Gently, mix everything  using a rubber spatula, until it is combined (don’t overmix your batter!)
  • The egg whites at the end are the secret that will guarantee the perfect fluffy pancakes, just add it if the mix is too thick.
  • Set your pan on low/medium heat with Olive Oil
  • Pour your mini pancake batter into a ziplock bag, cut the tip off and start making them until you see bubbles.
  • Cook them for 20 seconds until they are golden brown
  • Serve them and Enjoy!
