Low-fodmap Bagels

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup lactose-free greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 beaten egg

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven at 400F
  2. In a big bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, salt and baking powder
  3. Add the lactose-free greek yogurt and mix well
  4. Knead your flour well and divide it into 4 equally parts
  5. Roll each quarter and form a heart. Add a hole to each bagel
  6. Brush all the bagels with the beaten egg, top with sesame seeds
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until they are golden
