Italian baby!

I love italy! 

We did a very special night of ricotta & spinach raviolis πŸ™‚ 

my friend Armando rocked! he was in charge of the dough and he did an awesome job with it.

we also did some fetuccini that night.. wooho!

Hicimos una noche muy especial de raviolis de ricotta y espinaca πŸ™‚

mi amigo armando rockeo! estuvo a cargo de la masa y de verdad hizo un trabajo excelente! tambien hicimos fetuccini esa noche, wooho!

:Recipe:

Dough – 5 eggs + 500gr of flour (all purpose) + water

Filling – Ricotta + Spinach + Salt (all mixed together)

Sauce – milk cream + butter + salt + pepper

Leave the pasta “resting” for 1 hour and voila! boil it!

 1st step 

mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl until you see a firm dough
