Asian Honey Sauce
What you’ll need
- 2 kg chicken wings
- 2 or 3 tbsp baking powder
- salt
- Steps
- Preheat oven to 250F/120C.
- Place wings in a large bowl and add the baking powder and salt, then toss to coat evenly.
- Place wings on the lower middle oven rack and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Move wings up to the upper middle rack and increase the oven temperature to 425F/220C.
- Bake for 40 – 50 minutes, rotating them
- Toss wings in sauce of choice (Lemon or Asian) I did both!

- Lemon and Pepper Sauce
Just add in a bowl the juice of 4 lemons, lot of pepper, salt, 2 tbsp of garlic and 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar.
