As a Chinese foodie lover you guys can imagine how eager I was to try this spot.June Rose is a *sorta new all-you-can-eat resto located in Plateau, from the same owners of Big in Japan. Don’t picture a typical all-you-can-eat buffet (no, no, no) they simply elevated the game to a fine dining and memorable experience.Chinese tapas? FTW!The decor is so unique and bright compared to all the Chinese restaurants in the city you’ll just love this. They have small tables and the coolest part is their central bar-like counter, where you can simply have a great drink and enjoy all the menu with friends.Guys, the ceiling lanterns are absolutely wowza! and of course check the washroom, I want those sinks! We were the first ones to arrive, around 4pm and for earlybirds like us, the menu was discounted to $20 per person. (regular is $25) |

Their egg drop and mushroom soup is SO good, Nico finished one almost by himself and I had two before we started ordering the rest of the menu.I was so excited trying each new tapa, that I stopped taking pictures! (#sorrynotsorry) I basically killed every-single-plate as soon as they land in our table. They offer 14 options in the menu and I believe we had around 12 (insert a #fatmind hashtag here!) Our favourites: all their pork options. they have a lot! Crispy pork, BBQ pork and the BBQ pork pastry. Also the Chinese broccoli and Singapur noodles are impressive. So, who’s in with me for a second round? |
