As part of the tiny food series that started a few years ago, I’ve been meaning to include more breakfast ideas that are easy, yummy and kids friendly (especially now with back to school). This recipe (part of Dairy Farmers of Canada dietitian’s favourite) was such a hit a few weeks ago in my kitchen.

Orange Banana Mini Smoothies
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 medium size ripe banana
- 1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
- Blend ingredients together on high speed until smooth and frothy
